Insurance: 

• ​I am an out-of-network provider. I provide monthly superbills for clients to submit for insurance reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to find out about reimbursement options and amounts per code. Amounts reimbursed for treatment vary widely across insurance companies. You may have a deductible and/or limited covered sessions. These are the billing codes most used for mental health treatment: ​

  • Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation,  CPT 90791 (this is the code used for your first session)

  • Psychotherapy, 45 minutes, CPT 90834

  • Psychotherapy, 60 (53 +) minutes, CPT 90837

  • Family/Couples Session Codes 90846 and/or 90847

  • Psychotherapy, 30 minutes, CPT 90832

Fees:

Initial Intake/Assessment, 90 minutes $225

Psychotherapy, 30 minutes (16-37) $100

Psychotherapy, 45 (38-52) minutes $150

Psychotherapy, 60 (53-74) minutes $200

Family Session, 50 minutes $200

Intensive Therapy:

Psychotherapy 1 1/2 - 2 hour sessions, 2 or more sessions/week, for 1-3 weeks. 

Intensives are available based on availability. Please inquire about this option to see if you are a good candidate. 

Psychotherapy, 90 minutes $250

Psychotherapy, 2 hours $300

Add-on for additional 30 minutes for Psychotherapy for Crisis, (+74 minutes), CPT +90840 $100
