I grew up on the Olympic Peninsula in the Pacific Northwest and have enjoyed living on both sides of the Cascade Mountains in Washington and Idaho. I have a big love for outdoor pursuits, including skiing, hiking and cycling. I find it especially satisfying to reach a summit with a view and enjoy spending time with my large family, sharing adventures, near or far.  I love helping people regain confidence in self, connection with others, and the joy of living through the psychotherapy process. I learn something valuable from each of my clients, every time. For that I am grateful for this work. Welcome. I look forward to meeting you.
